Fonosphera® is a material that copes with an aspect that is often underestimated today: noise pollution in the environments we live in every day. Specifically, it is presented as a light, sound-absorbing, sound-insulating and vibro-absorbing sheet, composed of a thin polymeric layer including mineral fillers coupled to a layer of spherical-shaped polyethylene foam. Mainly used in construction, but also in the automotive and marine industries, the material can be easily applied to all surfaces without the onset of acoustic bridges, it is fire resistant, it has very low smoke toxicity, it is waterproof and water repellent.
